As a significant employer in NZ, we want to make Chorus the best place our people have ever worked.

In previous years, Chorus has been recognised for its outstanding people practices and was awarded accreditation as an Aon Hewitt Best Employer 2012-2017.

Our 2018 level of engagement is 57%. This is lower than previous years - indicative of the fast-changing nature of our business and the challenges our industry presents. It's all opportunity forwards though, with every day being seen as a chance to increase engagement as we go about achieving our goals.
