Jo joined Chorus in 2012 and is currently GM Customer Care. With a strong track record of performance and delivery, Jo believes a high performing team starts with high performing people. She is passionate about people and culture, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results. Prior to joining Chorus, Jo worked in multiple industries including but not limited to Telecommunications’, Dairy, Agricultural Services & Manufacturing where she has seamlessly transitioned across various leadership roles in Customer Operations, Information Technology and Human Resource Management.
Jo has a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
