Service Delivery Manager, Christchurch

Alarna joined Chorus’ provisioning team nearly five years ago. Prior to this she worked for Telecom for 10 years in provisioning and customer service. “I’ve always had a thing for customer service and love being able to make a difference.”

Alarna’s current role as service delivery manager involves leading the customer service and operational experience for broadband providers. She works extremely closely with our account managers and deals with nearly every part of the business from provisioning to compliance. “My role is so varied and no day is the same. Sometimes I work from our Christchurch office, other days I’m travelling to meet with our customers to discuss their needs and concerns.”
