Making a difference
This survey complements other Chorus engagement with our customers, stakeholders and consumers, including our first online survey in late 2021 that helped us to understand what topics you’re most interested in. Your response will help us shape our future investment and service quality proposals, which are due to the Commerce Commission late 2023 and will inform how they approve our expenditure for the next regulatory period (beyond 2025). We will consult again later this year and in 2023 as we progress and finalise investment plans.
