Organisational Development Advisor, Auckland

After completing a degree in psychology and sociology Claire began her People & Culture career in recruitment and training. After a few generalist roles Claire developed a passion for learning and development. Claire joined Chorus in 2015 as HR Coordinator, shortly moving to a Learning & Development Advisor role, and then recently moving into her current role of Organisational Development Advisor. She looks after induction for new starters, learning and development, our leadership programmes, talent management and coaching.
