Sara manages the day to day running of our social media channels, including responding to incoming Facebook messages and tweets. She has 10 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, in various roles including working as a contact centre agent, in retail and technical support followed by social media. “I love being able to promote our brand and educate customers every day.”
